DMCA Policy

"Influenceuse Bloquée Dubaï" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that any material residing on or accessible through the "Influenceuse Bloquée Dubaï" website infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice of copyright infringement to our designated agent, requesting that the material be removed or access to it be disabled. The notice must comply with the requirements of the DMCA and must contain the following information:

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the "Influenceuse Bloquée Dubaï" website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must comply with the requirements of the DMCA and must contain the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL(s) of the content in question).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Influenceuse Bloquée Dubaï" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity on "Influenceuse Bloquée Dubaï" within 10-14 business days, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
