DMCA Policy
"Influenceuse Bloquée Dubaï" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the "Influenceuse Bloquée Dubaï" website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must comply with the requirements of the DMCA and must contain the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL(s) of the content in question).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity on "Influenceuse Bloquée Dubaï" within 10-14 business days, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
